why top feed and dwc? seems overly complicated for no reason imo.. looks like a cal mag issue starting to rear its ugly head too

16$ for both for all three so why not?
you could have taken that 16 bucks and invested it into a better airpump or stones....it's not going to benefit you're plants any, it's only going to complicate things in your room, where are you getting the water for the top feed system? do you now have to have a second res and a water pump in addition to your dwc res? the dwc system is more then enough to get your plants all they need for there lives without the hassle of another obsolete system that you have to maintain , to each there own but the KISS method is the way to go mate.....

The 16$ was for the airpump and stones lol, 3 hoses is complicated? and no I want to install a res but i closly monitor ph and clean bucket and everything regularly but the bucket came with top feed and i wanted dwc so why not both? :) maybe i will do one dwc and one dwc + top feed ans monitor this thread, ill definitely check out the kiss method for my next grow

Where does the top feed water go? into your dwc res... thats gonna be needed to be emptied or risk overflowing, the ph from the top feed and the ph for the dwc res are not going to be perfectly synced and are going to cause issues, you already have a cal mag issue, possibly from that. the kiss principal is an ancyrnom for keep it simple stupid... you dont need to or want to over complicate things. you are going to gain nothing from a top feed system in addition to a dwc system, the roots are going to be submerged into water already and adding water from the top is only going to screw things up ie constantly having to empty, refil and ph... trust me mate, you should just do top feed or dwc and not both, save the headaches and bull shit ...

Do you have the water farms on a repeat cycle timer? If they run all the time then they are prone to root rot. 15 minutes on every 4 hours with lights on is good, none with lights off.

I have all those new episodes recorded that I'm about to start. I haven't even seen the first one yet "Tegrity Farms". I know they are gonna be some good ass ones.
I’m glad I didn’t quote anything. I haven’t watched SP in a long time and someone mentioned the Tegridy thing in another forum so I tuned in and laughed like mad.
