Ripped Bubba @ 40 days
Things are moving along relatively well.I have encountered some early fading mostly with the Sativa dominant plants.I have been trying to correct the problem by adding some Earth Juice Grow @ a rate of 25% to the bloom mixture but it doesn't seem to be doing very much.It has slowed down but marginally.I have been debating on whether to take it up to 50% but at 40 days it might be a little to late. Any opinions on what I should do folks ?
Aroma's
We have a nice mix of scents to choose from here. For the most part they are mostly Fruity with a touch of Spice added to the mix.I have 2 really nice lemon smelling pheno's.1 of them being the JTR dominant pheno as well as 1 of the 50/50 mix pheno's.
THC production
THC production is mixed.I have a couple of pheno's that look like I dropped a bag of Icing Sugar on them while a couple of them are only average in my opinion although they do have a gooey appearance to them .
Yield
The Indica dom pheno and 1 of the 50/50 pheno's are doing very well while the majority look below average. In the early stage of bloom I thought it looked like they were going to do well but by about week 4 they seemed to have slowed down a bit.The early fade on the sat's may have had some thing to do with it or perhaps it has more to do with the Earth Juice that I have been feeding them with.I have been using the recipe at their medium feed schedule trying to get a feel for how they work with out over doing it.
I spent aprox. 8 hours taking pictures of 7 out of the 8 plants and by the time I finished shooting #7 i was played out so I never did shoot #8.In all,I ended up with close to 200 pictures for me to sort through and process.I'll get back to her later in the week when I get rejuvinated.I'll be doing seperate posts on each plant so you can get a good idea of what I am talking about with each plant so bear with me while I up load them.
Appearance
Flower appearance is a mix of both parents. While not overly blunt like the standard Indica fat and chunky they are slightly long and pointy while being some what fat and blunt at the same time.
lets get on with the picture show now shall we.

We'll start with the Indica dom pheno which is #3

She is shaping up to be a force to recon with.Mega Trichome production and a really nice floral fragrance of Creamy Fruit and a bit of Spice .I believe she is worthy of keeping so far but then again time will reveal all in the final report.

Ripped Bubba #8 is another of the 50/50 mix of plant.

She looks like she is going to be among my favorites with.fat Chunky Bubba flower production and a heavy coating of resin with a great Lemon Fruity and lightly spiced scent in the back ground

Ripped Bubba #9 (from the Twins)

The last of the 50/50 mix genetics.
She has that real gooey resin and the flowers represent a Bubba dominance.Although she is lite in production she may still be a contender in the running's.Her scent is Lemon and Spice

Moving on to the JTR dominant plants

Starting with #4
She is heavy in the resin factor. She just glitters with the stuff. Her production is lite but the shear tric production will make up for what you don't get in yield I am sure.Flowers are Bubba shaped again fat and chunky. Her aroma is a mildly Fruity scent.
She is also experiancing early fade

Hey Ocan - FWIW, I was able to slow down the fade on my current JTR run by giving two feedings of the full EJ lineup (at the highest dose recommended on the bottle) on days 35 and 42. I started seeing fade come around day 33 so I brewed up a batch right away. You can see how she looked at day 36 here, and at day 50 here. I think she'd have looked a lot worse today if I didn't get some food in her earlier on.

Overall, your girls are looking hot! Nice work on the grow...

Day 48

Hi all and welcome back.
Awe are getting neer the end here.I am thinking they are done some where from 55 to 65 days depending on your preference's.From all 8 ladies I have 4 that have sparked my interest.

When it come's to aromas there is a lot of variation. Each plant has its own unique fragrance. They range from Citrusy Lemon's, Hashy, Spicy tones to Fruit and Candy scent's.We'll be looking at each plant separately today but for my final up date I am only going to concentrate on my favorites and or the most relevant plants. It takes a lot of time to shoot 8 plants and there fore I can't devote to much time on any one plant like I would like to.

Lets get started than shall we.First we'll start with the Indica dominant ladie. She's a wicked short and stout young ladie.Flower's are very descent in size.Fat and juicy with a firm structure and slightly pointy on top.I believe she picked up JTR's Fruiy side because she smells very much like a bowl of Froot Loops served with Cream instead of Milk. She has a faint Hashy after tone. Her THC profile tells me she is going to be dank. They are thick and sparkling under the Camera's lights.

Her yield will be descent considering her size. She didn't stretch at all compared to all the other girls in the stable. She only stands at 24" and I have her sitting a top of a tall Ice cream container to get her height in line with the others.

This is one of the girls we'll be looking at one more time

Girly #1

She is another one of the contenders for a follow up shoot. One of the 50/50 Sativa Indica hybrids.I love the structure of these plants with there branches not being as long as the sativa plant. They are nice and sturdy and able to support the flowers on there own(for the moment). The flowers are a mix of both parents They aren't quite as fat as the Bubba line but rather close to it yet they are also slightly conial in shape.Resin profile looks very good and she carries a nice Fruity scent with a Hashish under tone.
The flowers are firm but not hard.Yield looks to be really good on this gal that's above average. These particular plants could use a couple extra weeks worth of veg time which of coarse would increase the over all yield

Thanks for the detailed work bro you make my job easier ( and harder) and I couldn't do what I do with out you at this point.

She is of the 70/30 sativa/Indica variety. Flowers are conial shaped but very firm and her resin profile is off the charts. She glistens like none other .Like a thick mated blanket of pure white snow shimmering under the light. This gals smoke is going to very thick and is going to be a great prospect for Bubble and or Hashish depending on what you prefer.
Her fragrance is Fruity and Spicy hashish that you would pick up on like an after thought.Yield is small bud the flower clusters are very dense
You'll be seeing this gal one more time too.

Who's next,Oh yea girly #5

Another of the 70/30 sat/Ind hybrids. To me this gal is ok but probably not one of the keeper's.Her THC profile is ok but nothin special. She does how ever have that greasy oily look about her.Long slender branch's with flower's that are far and few between. She has a pleasty fruity scent with a little spice on the back side.

This gal is all Lemon Citrus and Hashish tone's.Descent looking THC profile when you shine the lights on her. She's starting to fade some and has been on a water diet for a week now.
Yield looks small but the flower clusters are fairly firm and you can see a Indy/Sat structure even though the plant itself look more sativa in dominance.I knd of doubt that she'll be a keeper
