There is one very effective way to figure this out, and once again. homeless is right.
I help patients as much as I can...just took down a 4.5oz plant..kept .5 for myself..got the other 4oz into PD patients hands...$100 a zip..pretty fair. sad part is, I had to be illegal for a short time while I had one plants harvest..then I had to illegally transfer it to needy patients..now that's sad. SC may give a favorable ruling on p2p, but they have not yet..There has to be a fight to allow people to work with in the law...the only way to do that is to get the law clarified...but we can't do that because Timmahh will go nuts and scream that we can't "change one word" and cant "amend" the law.
But my immediate focus is getting involved in Lansing...offering ideas and plans to shape the inevitable legislation.....guess I'm on my own there....I'll influence my off line counterparts and we'll get on writing distribution plans, start writing to change the wording on the "pharma grow" bill, to make sure it allows for patients, growing thier own, to legally sell graded meds to what ever distribution plan does emerge...Just like we did to get those HB"s worded better last time.
Then, when the State implements distribution, or the pharma grow bill, in much friendlier wording than originally written.....I'll take the blame for "being the man" because I worked with the State, rather than against them.....
In the meanwhile, I'm gonna take some time off from this forum...let these threads die..let timmahh get in his last words...I'll be lurking, and I may jump into a thread if I see someone attempting a 'positive action" post....but I got work to do...and I can't get any support here.
