Just about every song they've ever made has been really really really fucking good. Sorry I had to say it because it's fucking true.

The entire album of abbey road just has hit, after, hit, after, hit (seriously I think every song in that album was a 1 hit worldwide). There isn't a bad song in that entire album. It's also their last recorded album (but not the last released). It was their apology for Let it be (which is arguably the worst beatles album, but still had some great tunes).

Honestly you'd do yourself a great deal of justice by just listening to last 15 mins of abbey road. That's seriously some of the best musical composition I've ever heard. Also abbey road is one of the first albums with a continuous flow (i.e fades and notes blend into new songs). No one achieved this level of polish till Dark side of the Moon came out (that too had a continuous flow).

My next favorite album is the white album...Now that album just is straight up random styles of music thrown together (but it's done in a good way) each beatle got a certain amount of songs to place in that album and the rest of the band played that song the way the person who wrote it wanted it played (no compromising). So it's kind of like hearing mini-solo albums with the other members playing as session musicians.

If I had to pick some favs I'd say....
When I'm 64
Lady Madonna
Because (which is a Beethoven's moon light sonata modified a bit and played in reverse)
While my guitar gently weeps... This demo version on the beatle's love album is my fav version. The rest of the band thought it was shit when Harrison played it (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Ne-CaUfiEQ)
Rocky Raccoon
Bungalow Bill
Come together is another good one.
Across the universe is another good one (ironically enough that song is being played across the universe this moment, It's humanities first interstellar communication throughout the universe)
As I said earlier the entire Abbey Road album is amazing.
