Same here mate, considering price of the bars + free delivery and the rating on their PPFD, they seem far more superior than all other Alibaba stores right now.

I know King Brite is labelled as best for legitimacy but also that comes with a price and less features.

Geeklight is another stand out to me right now but still leaning towards hortibloom ,they unfortunately don't include UV and IR but that can be supplemented with a cheap light bar from King Brite.

As for Meijiu, this is now another bad review I have heard of them and I think I will steer clear.

This is the kind of feedback that moves this forum forward, ty! Ive still to see a single led out of 20000ish chips of meijiu go out but i run them soft. They do seems to be a bit arbitrary in doling out warranty: some get it, like @WeedSexWeightsShakes but he bought tons of them, some dont get for fairly similar probs.

A fair few had kingbrite leds die on them. But kingbrite has a following here since before midpowers, i remember when Jerry was King.

Geeklighters: please if anyone can post par maps comparing them o anything similar you got, and maybe an idea of how hot they get. Its a light i would love to recommend.

Looks like I’m going to be the proud owner of another Meijiu too. Shipping is going to take over a month due to things, but no rush at the moment.

If I wanted it 10 days shipping it would have cost $400 at this time. She gave me both options.

I’m ok with Meijiu. 5000 LED’s going strong.

No problem with the Bava’s either.

Keep in mind the number of boards Meijiu sells. You’re eventually going to hear of a burnt out diode.

Whoever you pick for lights... get the bars. I’ve run boards and bars, and definitely switching to bars.

The coverage across canopy is amazing. NO larfy edges across a 9 x 5.

Bars are good for spread if you compare to 550 clones, but you can get the right, and even better spread with boards if your willing to design based on single boards and have separate drivers for corners, edges and centre. But bars over tight 4 board builds on high power and no spread.

I just don't want to spend all that money if it's really not true to it's claims. I could build something way better for the price but I'm just being lazy.
