total hippy. all on herself. wouldn't listen to me. we were in the back room and the place was empty. there were two of them back there with me. i know them very well. they just took over. the previous owner dropped out and left them with a big debt. so i wanted to shoot the shit for a few. she was all pushy. talkin' real loud and being snappy. she apologized for being mean.

it's like that coworker that just got promoted to supervisor. wants to be cool and friendly still but then wants to be a little bossy.

I never understood America, how you could commit a felony and race for the state line (in the old days) on not be under the same law in the next state, seems weirf to me. the club I go to is similar....the guys are real cool most of the time...but they are "x-tweekers" so they have that I know everything and ive been everywhere attitude..

the thing that kills me is they judge how much to pay for it by how it was grown not by what it's worth. she said outdoor went for less because it's easier to grow. but then you walk out front and it's all being sold for the same price. so she is basically punishing me for being an outdoor grower. she makes a bigger profit off outdoor. why? why do i take the cut?

looks like they just got free samples. after talking with my wife i don't think i want to deal with this. on top of the tax forms no less. i asked if i could tax her since i have to pay tax on it and she charges tax on her sales. she got offended. she said it's come down to deciding if i want to be a "legitimate grower" or a "street thug". :-|

WTF:confused: That bitch is crazy lol. Why should outdoor be less valuable? It's all about supply and demand. If people are willing to pay the same for outdoor as they will for indoor, then common sense tells you, she should sell it for the same price. And you should get the same cut. I don't see what the hold-up is:confused: She sounds like a swindler...Thanks for this FDD, I was starting to think about staying in Cali and doing everything legit. But, thanks to this thread, I know I'm making the right choice by moving and doing it illegally. Illegal sounds better, at this point. lol
 
seriously... I gotta question though, isn't outdoor stronger??? I would think that the quality/strength of the product would be the determining factor in how much it's worth. and what's the going rate for a pound legally? I seem to remember a couple months back you were trying to flip a couple pounds for 4k if i'm not mistaken... that's a shitload of money man. on the east coast I'd get a pound of haze or better for under 4 g's but I guess to do it legit it costs a bit more money huh???

I feel the same way about paying your taxes, and I also think that it would raise a brighter red flag if I were to stop filing and paying them something each year.

So I file as a farmer each year. I write off all of my growing expenses, including gas mileage to make deliveries. I also file for my consulting business, and that allows me to take a "home-office deduction."

I guess I should be paying Sales Tax to the city, too. :blsmoke:

i really should find a lawyer to sit down with for an hour. there are many "pot friendly" in my area. just a matter of who to get the referral from. the laws are vague right now so nothings set in stone. it comes down to opinions so finding the right one is important.
 
you should shot it in b's. 250g, dny et me wrong ive never seen tht much grad :) butover here you can sell a b for £1050 - £1150 that works out to $2100 - $2300, every 250g, ariun $8000 every kilo.
