this shit is dangerous yo.


i burnt my finger on my 400w hps bulp while cleaning the glass lens. i then realised how inconvienient it really would become when i started trimming about 3 oz and the burn was right where my finger contacts the scissors.

i now have a friction blister on top of my burn blister. it was terrible, i couldnt even enjoy the scissor hash.

i noticed my glass on my cooled hood was hella dusty and covered in little hot spider corpses(sucked in the intake!:twisted:). so i figured i would just slip is out and clean it and put it back quick. well i brushed against the bulb taking it out.

damn bro.. i bet that shit did hurt.. an instant burn.. im a chef so i am constantly burning my hands on shit... hope i dont have to deal with a bulb burn too.. i guess without risk there's no reward?? or something like that... just keep on smoking until you dont feel it or you forget about it.. whichever comes first...

the burn could have been dealt with just about anywhere else. but i had several oz's to trim and the burn was right where the scissors press against my finger every cut. i normally love trimming so it was like pleasure and pain all at once.

doesnt that always seem to be the case tho... if you burn or cut yourself its always in the most inconvienient of locations... right where you bend a finger, or hold scissors in your case, or whatever... just to constantly remind you of it... and make normally enjoyable tasks a pain in the ass..

I'm sure that hurt a lil. Try soldering copper pipes and bumping into them 850 deg. Or brazing 1500 deg. The pipe gets so hot it glows. If you bump into that it will burn you to the bone. Needless to say getting burnt is a normal occurence for me.

Aloe vera always helps.:joint:

yeah, well I don't have any bud to trim and my jars are empty so I'm a little sarcastic these days...:evil:

I'll run down to the dispensary and get some new shit and we can all benefit from a nicer, kinder, laserbrn. lol.

see, ya got me there. no dispersaries in chicago...just homies. dont get me wrong, im not scared of homies. i just prefer to get my weed at bargain basement prices....MY BARGAIN BASEMENT!:hump:

I've burnt my hand pretty bad on a CFL. Regular floros don't get so hot, but CFLs definitely do.
