Hi Nugs! i have another question, sorry if this has already been answered or is just plain wrong, but how do you fit all of your 7gallon pots with tomato cages inside your small veg chamber? or is it possible to start "mainline" them in the 3 gallons and then switch to mainlining them in the 7s when they have shown sex? should have included this in my last question i just didnt think about it!

the girls are early sexed in 1 gal hard pots, then pruned for two and transplanted to 2 gal and vegged.......2 gal is as big as i go in my veg chamber, and most of the bondage is done in those pots......then all in one fell swoop, i transplant into 7's, add the canopy ring, and veg under blue light in my flower room for a week, then swap the bulbs and flip to bloom.:leaf:

Ah i forgot about you revegging them! do you drill holes in your hard pots to attach to your velcro straps for bondaging? how long do you let them go before early sexing in 1 gal? love the idea of veging one week extra in the flower chamber by switching bulbs, really utilizing all of your space! genius man!

yes, drill holes, but for wire...i will use velcro on smarties if necessary......i force sex when they are about 8 inches tall.

Yup - stuck them straight in the dirt outside. Looked great yesterday, a little withered today. It is an experiment I am trying after reading a post here about a guy who clones this way. I tried it with a tomato a month ago and it is now growing and has fruit!

that last pic almost makes me blush!........BON-DAGE!
you are changing the game, one grow bro at a time...

i am more excited about this run than i am about anything else...i took clones and will be giving them to a friend to 12/12 for me so i can eliminate males...lets hope this works....regardless, i am only looking for 4 d-trains to flower out...i have 8 to choose from so i am feeling pretty good about this...def so very stoked to be doing this....the tomato cages are next...going to let them recover for a couple days before topping each leader again...i think ive got another couple of weeks in these small pots...that will coincide with my supersoil being cooked for 6 weeks...i will transplant them into 5gall geopots with 50% SS...give them a couple weeks in thier new pots and then BOOM...12/12 let the show begin

Master Kush. Growth has sped up
since the other day when I swapped my 420nm and fiji purple bulbs for 450nm and 6500 k bulbs. they love the 450nm now.

Nugs do you usually let the plant grow larger then chop it in half or just top it when it reaches the height you want it to start it at? I just topped these when they reached 8 inches. The next ones I am letting go longer.

I'll wait for the Nugster, but I believe you can chop earlier if you don't want to take clones.

i usually top after i force sex when they are 8 in tall.......i have started much later, and toped after bending the whole trunk down towards the soil line to bring the height down......a few of my outdo plants are done this way....they were meant to be moms, but then went under the sun late, so had to start real late...your strain is going to be a challenge because of the very tight internode spacing.....if you want to stretch them out, make sure you are on a 18/6, and raise your lights....budman678's has got it just right (pics above)....he is also working a strain with a really close spacing, but looks like he has his system dialed perfectly....of course he started with beans, which makes it much easier....good luck...nugs

Im doing some og bubbas too that are 10 days behind and they do stretch more. These are all clones I took from my mom plants.

Im on 20/4 I use par t5. With linear lighting they actually grow faster having them closer. Hid and led are single points of light. So you can make them stretch easier and still grow at same rate having the light further away. If you have t5 too far away, it slows growth tremendously. Single point of light has more intensity than linear lights.

Inverse square law - http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/forces/isq.html

edit : 18/6 should help a little. Since they stretch for light in more darkness...

Didnt think of that one thanks...

Dont mean to seem like a one upper. Im just all about the science aspect of it. To improve the grow every way possible and spreading the knowledge
