Still on 18/6. Got 119w in the cab now - 4/23w 5000k and 1/27w 6400k.

Decided to reduce light to 14/10 and veg for one more week which would be a total of six weeks veg time.

Sporting more hairs now. Interesting to see how the topping/lst is taking shape, its like having four smaller plants in one container. I'm betting it helps yield. I lollipopped the first two mains and trimmed the other two so that its just the tops plus the growth at the first internodes in hopes of making a nice even canopy.

Not much to report. Going to make the flip tomorrow to 12/12. Growth is steady although still not sure about the yellowing tips and pale young leaves. Been giving just straight r/o the last couple waterings to see if it corrects itself. In the meantime i will just KISS...peace.

Hey good peeps. Having a tough time deciding what to do. I really would like to start flowering but on the other hand i really don't want to overgrow my space. So i was thinking of doing some more LST to keep the height down. If i do decide to LST more is it best to let it recover in veg state or could i still make the flip?

Just remember some plants like to double or triple in size about a week into flowering. Keep that in mind for your space requirements.

Here are a couple underside shots of the LST. Also did the two larger mains again.

Made the flip and now, hopefully, the fun begins. Little worried that i made my light setup too compact and wont get proper coverage now that the plant is getting larger.

Note: Needs tweaking. Cut out coco water. Too high in magnesium.

Noticing a stretch already. Need more lighting for this little bush. Growth rate is quite rapid. Still on straight water however a tea is brewing. Hoping its the one that i can stick with to acheive some balance with the microlife in the soil mix. Will be feeding tomorrow morning. Also, the next watering after the tea application, will do a myco fungi injection down into the root mass.

Thanks man! So for pics of the really simple setup check out the post on page 5. But as far as tips go, lets see...keep it simple; relative to the size of your garden. Mine is just a coffee can. I only brew 1-2 liters at a time. Another tip would be to dilute to at least double before applying. Your brewing container should not let light in and use some type of lid. If it is tight fitting, be sure to drill a few holes in it so gas can escape. Also, its a good idea to have a tray or aluminum pie pan under your container in case it bubbles(foams) over. As far as amendments, man, i'm still learning myself and there are a million recipes out there. I build my own soil mix so i am really trying to rely on it to supply most of my nutrients and the tea to just mostly feed the microlife that populate the mini-environment within the pot. I hoping it makes for some really clean and tasty(and potent) medicine. Anyways, thanks for stopping by!

Needing more light. Currently at 142w. 4-5000k/23w, 1-6500k/23w and 1-6400k/27w. Fed with tea this morning.

Think i have thought of a new bulb configuration that i will incorporate into the cab this upcoming weekend, funds permitting. Also, am going to do another tie down of the four mains and that should help bring it in under better coverage and make up for the stretch.

Above is before the latest session of LST. Was getting quite wide, well beyond the the footprint of light. Did another tie down so that it is kind of in a swirl pattern around the outer rim of the pot.

However, even with the lack of light it seems to have kicked into flower mode now by indication of the tops starting to cluster.
