A city council for sale, an unnamed Chinese company investing 1.3 million, it's all here. Trippy shit.

The source of the company's funding is still unclear. One employee told the grand jury that a company in China had invested $1.3 million in Delta.
The company began paying Isleton $25,000 a month last fall as Delta began work at the site, and by April six grow houses were being constructed.

hahaha, the Chinese buying delta growers and delta growers buying Isleton! little small town was willing to take money from these growers. hahaha. I wonder how they plan on repaying the Chinese that 1.3 mil now... HaHaHaHaHa!!!!!

I hope you aren't serious! There are plenty of problems here but some Chinese investors aren't the problem! Give people something to invest in and they will do it! If they would have found Joe Whiteguy to put up the money they would have taken it!

Real problems... Delta Allied Growers and the town of Isleton! Get a couple scumbags (delta growers) add a little town of Greedy a**holes (city officials) and there is your problem! If the city wasn't willing to take the money and delta growers weren't doing stupid crap, the Chinese (Scum investors that happen to be chinese) wouldn't be a part of anything!

Every one know secret china grow ops funded 9/11

Smokeing pot for legit medical reasons means the terrorest win.

But really, it is sad when shit like this goes down, a lot of scum bags giving drug worriers more ammo,

I also would not call a small under funded town greedy assholes,as I have work in public service in a small town with very little budget,shits hard, only two firefighter on duty,only a hand full of cops(good thing?)fucked up roads,even more fucked up schools,

I think the people taking cash to push permits and such thru can be classifide as greed,but a strugling town being offered that much cash for somthing that is legal in there state, I would call that desperation,

If the money was going to the town sure fine and good! but it wasn't they were taking pay offs! dont remember the exact ammount but some were being paid more than 100 dollars an hour over their normal city rate! That city official and all the other greedy assholes (see post above I didn't say the whole town was greedy ass holes) Should not have taken money for it! You cant really think that the only people taking cash were the ones pushing the permits through! I haven't seen or heard of any of that money funding the city! Isleton is only about 30 minutes from me!
