Being from the UK, specifically England, the World Cup is all we are going to hear about for the next month or until England get knocked out. I come on websites like this to avoid the sodding World Cup.

Depending on when England does get knocked out, you might hear MORE about it after it's over. I have seen those World Cup pundits opine and grumble on how poorly the English team was assembled for the next 6 months. And I bet that my neighbor from Manchester will most likely lead that bitch-fest.

Can we talk about hockey now?

Just saw a documentary about how this stadium was built. Brutal working conditions, people came from India, Afghanistan, etc to have work so they could send money home. A lot of people just flat out died on the worksite. Heat exhaustion, 3rd World like living conditions, unsanitary food supply, etc... beautiful structure, but it took some lives.
