Tiny Tim?

So... I'm growing the bud in my avatar with cfl's and what not. All the info i need for a huge grow is on this website, so I dont want that kind of help.

I don't want these to be huge... I want TINY... real tiny...

Like a few grams yield... I know this sounds ridiculous, but the big grow is outdoor this year, and I just want to experiment to grow the smallest plant possible.

How do i do this? How soon can i flower? How do i keep it tiny? I saw a guy with a stunted plant that was a bud sticking out of the ground... I want that

i'd super crop it. pinch the main stalks as it grows and this wil force it to stay short and grow more side branching.
