Is there a limit on how much concentrates you can purchase from dispensaries at one time? I am talking about the LA California area. Thanks in advance and best regards.

Not sure about Cali..

But here in Colorado, we are allowed to posses the same amount in concentrate as flower.

2 oz..
So 56 grams of oil/hash is the limit.
Which is kinda cray-cray..

I know of some assholes in our state....

Buying up their daily limits..
And...

^ this behavior is not acceptable to the voters of Colorado, the growers of Colorado.

It's a slap in our face..

Southern California is really against concentrates. Orange county treats it just like crack or meth that is why a lot of dispensaries were shut down. La is more lenient on concentrates. La just cracked down and you can no longer have a smoke bar in the same building as a dispensery. I personally would not like to get caught carrying concentrates in either los angles or orange county. I'm always sketched more carrying concentrate over tree. I'd rather get caught with a few pounds of tree over 1/4lb of wax (which I always carry due to vending to shops)

Here in Colorado..
One must have an MIP to produce oil, edibles.
*MIP*= Marihuana Infused Product license

However...
If you label your oil as ” wax” or ear-wax, budder/shatter/flake and sneak thru the loophole.

You can NOT label it BHO without the MIP !!!
