Too Late too Save?

Hey guys first time poster but have a couple auto grows under my belt this my first photo. But this time I think everything that can go wrong has. Need help on where to start.

Germinated in Gordon 1.5” precondition CalMag light nutes at 1/4 dosage (Emerald Harvest)
100% popped and sprang to life. No issues. Temps 75 and RH 60%

Now things go sideways, transfer to coco solo cups, 100 ml every third day with maybe 50% waste. Same nutes as above 1/4 strength with Calmag additive.

Leaves deformed, pale,spotted, twisted. Too much water, lacking or too much nutes. Could the rock wool cubes in the coco be holding moisture?? Ph always 5.6 to 6.0.

Spraying with Epsom, wouldn't hurt; you look short on Mg. Don't be afraid to feed your plants...while I don't use your nutrient line, if these were mine they'd be at 50-75% of my full feed ratio. Be sure you prep your coco before you use it. Coco high in sodium and / or not filled (buffered) in terms of Ca and Mg will goof up the start of a coco grow every time. Just food for thought.
