hello i try to find where in the law seed that is illegal to donate clones or seeds and i don't find it. if someone have that and can show me the link

its barely illegal. If law enforcement was to find your seeds theyd most likely take them and send you a letter saying we have your seeds but we cant prove they were yours.

It might be different depending on your country though, but seeds are generally in that grey area of legal and illegal.

Go to the single seed centre to order seeds. just google it.

thanks for the reply but i am asking trade between caregivers or patients
 
lets say we are in massachusetts are legal patients you have a clones of og kush and i have clones of cheese and wee want to trade is that illegal ??? if yes where is the article or webpage linked to the state that seed that is illegal to trade.
 
Yes that is legal as long as all of the parties involved have medical cards/growing licenses. I dont have a link to the law but people openly post on craigslist about clones in medical states.

thanks for the answer theirs a lot of people here miss informed thinking that is illegal to trade clones
 
You should check your state laws... but in every other state its legal so i could only think it would be for you too.

I absolutely love the single seed centre. They have awesome genetics selections!,always a discreet prompt package and delivery is speedy for the most part and I always end up with a few kick ass free beans that turn me on to strains I never heard or thought of but end up enjoying n wanting in my garden I'd recommend them to any and every grower
