Trichomes and no pistils

It's my first grow FFoF with fox farm nutes and 8 t5's for three plants. These plants were all from seed and sprouted may 20th. I am looking at them now and seeing that all 3 of them are growing tricomes but I'm seeing no pistils really. Any reason why this may be happening they have been in flower for about 3 weeks and I noticed 2 out of the 3 are still stretching. One of the plants has yellowish pistils while the others are white. Just seeing if this is normal, any help would be appreciated. See attached photos.

Oops sorry, I am really new to growing. I'm just not seeing any "bud" Cola? At this point don't know all of the names obviously lol. Is that normal? My other plant is at a buddies and we started that 5 1/2 weeks ago into flower and they look almost the same just a tiny but larger. Everything is by the book as far as how I've grown them just don't know all of the terminology and grow cycle, just trying to learn. Rob you're a dick lmfao I might be dumb but not that dumb haha.

You can find neat little pictures with words by them inside the internets that will help you identify plant parts.

It will help, lol
I read that post three times before I realized others had already ciphered
The code and responded.

Good luck

No need to Google-just watch your plants as they mature. Nothing like the first-hand experience to be your guide.
