Trimming back support?

Back issues suck and I have my share of them too. That is why I have to get up and stretch every like 30 mins. There are all sorts of stretches you can do in like 5 mins. :D

It sounds like two things, one, you are holding your arms up for much longer periods of time than normal and doing tedious work which will fatigue (and hurt) your rhomboids, and your head is likely hung down from normal and hung for a while making your levator scapulae fatigue. Look those up, and how to stretch them, specifically. Hope that helps, and congrats on having that much to trim.

Thank you very much for your response. I will be looking into these 2 muscles. Also - Boy am I glad I only have to trim my plants - my partner(with back problems from 30+ years of physical labor) has 3x as many plants to trim as me, and 4x as many strains to keep seperate :) I feel lucky thinking of it oike that. Would the Rhomboid muscle contribute to pain in the mid back region? My pain begins about 12" from the bottom of my neck, and generally spreads upwards instead of down(when it gets worse it gets up to my neck)

That's pretty much where they are; right between your scapulas, and yes, that is how the pain radiates for them.

That is way too much abuse aof the bud. You know how much gets on fingers just trimming, imagine what your losing there.

I used it to trim all my bud and it wasn't as bad as you'd think the picture is what I scraped off the grill after doing 6 plants.
