NY won't give Donald 136 years in prison, but even 10 years would finish him...

He is currently the front runner in the GOP by a lot too, if he is suddenly removed from the field during the republican primaries or before, many republicans will be cast adrift. If he wins the GOP nomination, he will be running from a prison cell and if he loses, he will still be running from a cell as a bull moose and republican spoiler.

Oh, oh! A very interesting observation that appears to be very bad for Trump and his minions. It won't make much difference though since Donald is gone for many lifetimes in many different ways...

A cellphone camera can make a pretty good copy too...

tRump is now the first president to ever get indicted. The charges are still under seal, but its assumed that the charges are going to go way beyond just the Stormy Daniels debacle. But its speculated these are Felony Charges.

And dont forget tRump pled the 5th 450 times which are all 450 are potential crimes. Hes in really deep shit. Charges wont be unsealed until Arraignment.

He is already indicted in NY with a trial date set for spring, Georgia will indict him this summer and Jack is a week or two away from indicting him over the top-secret MAL docs. Perhaps you are unfamiliar with the US justice system where juries convict people of such state and federal crimes, not judges, they apply sentences according to the law and guidelines established by precedent.

lol

You really think that Garner Garland would appoint Jack Smith to lead an investigation with 12 DOJ prosecutors working under him as window dressing? Does your cynicism have no limits?

i hate trump, but just dont see much happening nothing ever dose to the rich
Donald is special and we are about to see how special he is, right now he is fucking over the republicans and should leave them high and dry before the election. Though Jack might bring him down over the MAL documents and obstruction cases before primary season even begins. Once indicted, the judge owns Donald's ass and by primary season, at least 3 or 4 state and federal judges will own Trump's ass until trial, they will need to have a conference about it! Many of the rich and powerful hate Trump's guts too, he has many enemies and a dwindling number of suckers...

Secret audio tape among evidence collected by DA in fraud case against Trump
The evidence in the Manhattan DA's criminal fraud case against former President Donald Trump includes a secretly made 2016 recording of Trump and a witness, thought to be Michael Cohen, that ABC News previously reported contained a discussion of a plan to buy the silence of Playboy model Karen McDougal prior to the 2016 election.

The recording is included in a document known as an Automatic Discovery Form that lists the kind of evidence Manhattan prosecutors have amassed during their multi-year investigation, in preparation for it to be turned over to Trump's attorneys as they prepare his defense.

Trump last month pled not guilty to a 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in what prosecutors say was a "scheme" to boost his 2016 election chances by using hush money payments to suppress damaging information from two women who claimed to have had long-denied affairs with Trump.

Although the name of the witness was not disclosed in the Automatic Discovery Form that was made public on Friday, ABC News reported that the person was Cohen when it reported on the secret recording in 2018.

Cohen, Trump's then-personal attorney, told investigators that he worked with the publisher of the National Enquirer, longtime Trump ally David Pecker, to pay McDougal $150,000 for the rights to her story that she'd had a 10-month affair with Trump from 2006 to 2007, so the Enquirer could suppress the story and keep it from going public.

On the recording obtained by ABC News, Trump and Cohen were heard discussing the payment.

"Don't pay with cash ... check," Trump stated, according to a transcript released by Trump's legal team after news of the recording was made public.

Trump's attorneys said the recording showed that Trump wanted to pay via check in order to properly document the payment.

Trump has denied all charges against him. A judge on Tuesday set a trial date of March 25, 2024, for the case.

Do you really think that Merrick Garland put Jack Smith in charge of an investigation that has 12 DOJ prosecutors assigned to it -- just for political theater?

The evidence does not justify your cynical statement that Trump will get off scott-free because he's rich. It's pretty clear that you think so too. When asked if you thought the massive effort and resources put into investigating Trump was just window dressing, you are unable to simply answer with a yes. So good on you. Only an idiot would believe something like that.

Trump's Mar-a-Lago "dress rehearsal" to hide docs from DOJ shows premeditation to obstruct justice

34,291 views May 27, 2023 #TeamJustice
In important reporting by the Washington Post, there is evidence that "Trump workers moved Mar-a-Lago boxes day before FBI came for documents."

This evidence shows that Trump's obstruction of justice was premeditated. What's worse, the Washington Post reported that Trump and his criminal associates conducted "dress rehearsals" so they would be prepared to move the boxes of documents when time came to do so.
This is damning evidence demonstrating premeditation to obstruct justice.

This video presents as example of exactly how federal prosecutors would use this evidence to convict Donald Trump at trial.

Every legal eagle and pundit I've seen on TV in the past week, including Trump's former lawyer are saying really soon for the MAL documents. Maybe they are waiting for the debt ceiling to be settled, because the magats in congress will go nuts. I also think he will have trouble getting bail, if they charge him with more than unlawful retention and Jack opposes his release. I posted evidence above that he might have copied the top-secret documents because some of the ones in the FBI photo had white borders and the original cover sheets did not. Texeira did not get bail and has been in custody since his arrest and indictment and Trump's crime is very similar, much worse really.

We won't have long to wait for federal charges methinks, mostly because the experts are predicting it.

What indication do you have that these are in any way linked?
