Will Trump's crimes at Bedminster, NJ, be the next federal indictment pursued by Jack Smith

230,059 views Jun 18, 2023 #TeamJustice
This video takes on several issues relevant to the Trump trials:

1. Why was there no search warrant conducted at Trump's Bedminster golf club in New Jersey?

2. Why has Trump not (yet) been indicted for the crimes that he committed in New Jersey that were disclosed in the federal indictment recently unsealed in Trump 's Florida prosecution?

3. Why is Walt Nauta the only co-conspirator that was indicted in the federal case brought in Florida?

4. Donald Trump's mouth is a target-rich environment for Special Counsel Jack Smith. Given the new reporting that Trump called and spoke with Pennsylvania politician Doug Mastriano, how might Jack Smith exploit this and other phone conversations involving Trump between the time he lost the election and the time he ordered the attack on the US Capitol on January 6, 2021.
I am seriously hoping that the Jan 6 insurrection trial will have a dozen codefendants from Congress and Cabinet. Televised.

I believe that is what it’ll take to pull the GOP back from being the knife at Liberty’s throat.

You are too soft on Trump.
i would have hung him from the gibbet they erected for pence on 1/7 if it would have been up to me, along with jordan, greene, boebert, gaetz biggs ET AL...And still would, if given the opportunity.
Don't confuse disregard for consideration. He's a lame duck, he'll never win a fucking thing again as long as he lives, he's irrelevant, except as a figure head and a (deserved) whipping boy for the sins of the entire party.
The entire party needs to pay, and pay hard. This was the conspiracy to end democracy, and the conspirators MUST pay.

The only appropriate response by intelligence agencies is to assume that all of that information is in the hands of our enemies. We have spies who are now at risk. A huge cost to intelligence gathering and a huge financial cost to taxpayers.

Trump knew exactly what he was doing with these documents. People saying he's a hoarder, narccissist, and other metal problems, yeah that may be true and all. It doesn't excuse the fact the he knew exactly what he was doing and who he was gonna give it too....rather for money, leverage, power....etc

and still you underestimate him.

An oil shortage here, a leak from Russia there, a paid for team of white nationalist arson during a BLM protest there, an interruption in supply chain from China, in DC, supreme Court rules Trump can't be prosecuted. All paid for by stolen documents or proceeds from them. All used to tip the election to Republicans and their leader, Trump. Over the next four years, US democracy is ended. That's what he tried to do and may yet do, using copies of those documents.

That, or something like that is what he was planning to do with those documents in hand. He couldn't pull it off, it would seem, but if he fails, it was due to competence in Biden's administration, NARA and DOJ, not a failure by Trump. Trump is even playing the "I'm a candidate" card and planning to take that plea to the SCOTUS. He has three votes in his pocket already. He's not incompetent. He's still in the game. He' not a lame duck. It's not over yet.

There is no mention of classified documents. This only applies to non-classified docs. Perhaps another ruling is forthcoming?
perhaps, i would think in discovery you would need to find a lawyer competent enough to see the classified ones, like one who might have security clearance high enough to see them...expecially that SCI one

Judge Cannon ordered Trump's attorneys to get a security clearance. Not clear how deep their clearance can go. They have been ordered to

"get in touch with the Litigation Security Group of the U.S. Department of Justice. "

.

They have until Jun 20 to comply.

That man makes the specious argument that he should not be indicted under the Espionage Act, with recent examples of convictions for the sort of things he bragfessed to doing.
