Uh what todo about this seed?

I hate rockwool. I’m all about 1/2 inch deep in soil after it’s warm enough to sprout. I also gave up on trying to sprout in water or a towel

Yeah this seems to be a rockwool issue, getting tangled in fibers or planting too deep seems to be the issue. I might go directly into a solo cup with soil next round and cover the tops with a plastic baggy with holes poked in it. I spent so much on domes and rockwool though would hate to never use them.

I only tried a few but I hated them. With soil I learned that you don’t want to put them too deep. 1/2 in and when it’s warm enough. Also don’t do like I did and overwater them.

Rockwool is okay if you can get the hang of it. I’m not a fan of unislabs or regular slabs though. They don’t wick well and disposal is a pain. I went back to coco this current cycle. I’m looking forward to using it in my yard again.
