Unbranded LED Kit?

Hi, I'm new to growing. Starting with one plant to see if I can keep it alive (don't want to use all my seeds at once). So I'll have a small tent indoors. Lighting seems to be a huge deal but I have no budget now thanks to CV19 related issues. I'm wondering if this kind of kit is a disaster waiting to happen or if it's good enough to start with. I don't know what could go wrong or how badly it could go wrong. Any insight or recommendations are appreciated.

It's advertised as 600w full spectrum with IR and UV, 352 PAR center at 24".

That light has a 40 watt power draw. It likely wouldn't get you a harvest more than a few grams.

If you are really really limited. You can always find a desk or flexible floor lamp for really cheap. And add a socket splitter and some household leds. (A19 base 100w equivalent. Might cost $40-45 drawing about 60w but would be a better lighting option than that panel. I tossed together a similar setup for seedlings and clones, though I am going to upgrade it at some point.
