Man I fucked up my last plant using Gravity and Snow Storm Ultra. ...didn't reduce the ppm of my nutes before feeding those 2, and I burnt the shit outta my plant. Watch out for that, remember to reduce strength of nute ppm to 1/2 or even 1/4 before using these 2.

I got some new bottles of Gravity and it says to use half to 1 ML per gal, it used to say 1-2 ML. I used to use it at 2 ML with great results, rock hard buds. Since I got the new bottles I have used 1 ML and my results are not nearly as good. Buds are not getting as hard. I add it week 5-7 and flush week 8. I also use 2 ML of Snow storm Ultra and FULL 1200-1300 PPM nutes with no burn at all. Dont have to move lights either. Week 6-7 I go 50% on nutes but I also add MOAB full stength and it states to cut back 50%. I dont know if I should start adding more Gravity or not. Did the formula itself really change or just their directions ?

FYI Snow Storn Ultra packs on LOTS of trichs !!

That's what I was wondering about the revised feeding schedule saying to use 1 ml. per gallon starting at week 4 all the way through to finish. I used to just start adding 2 weeks before flush. So im not sure what the fuck is up

Well since my last post I started adding the full 2 ML per gal again despite their revised directions and my results are back to rock hard buds. I am tempted to try it starting week 4 at a lower dose. I might ramp it up like 1/2 ML gal week 4 then 1 ML gal week 5 , 1 1/2 week 6 then full 2 on week 7. Wish these guys would get their shit straight. They make it confusing.

LOL yes they do make it confusing! Thanks for the update! I have not been using it lately, but I plan to use it on my next grow, and I will be using 2ml per gal.

Ok so a friend told Purple Max, when I read the label and decided not to get it because I have no desire to try and turn the color of any plants unless it comes natural, some strains are prup some aren't just seems like trickery to me, same with the flavors they have came out with...but anyway the guy showed me the ultra snow storm, which I like the sound of, but my question is if you are already using a line of nutes say the general organic, which has plenty of K already in, why would you add this? its just 3% K, so why would this do any better than say the GO line? and if your using the GO line or another, wouldn't you risk getting to much K? and I talking about in soil not hydro..any thoughts?

Nutrient companies don't have to put the truth on the label, unless its the 'guaranteed analysis'. Example, Fox Farm Tiger Bloom, it has NO Ca, but when you look at the ingredients 'derived from' the 1st one says Calcium Nitrate. So they will actually put bullshit on the label so people can't reverse engineer there product.

Snow Storm Ultra does have 3% K, but thats not the reason it stacks trichs. There is an organic plant stimulant called Triacontanol that is found in alfalfa meal, they use that in SSU and thats the real reason why it produces trichs the way it does. You can buy Triacontanol (powder form) on Ebay, but you need Polysorbate 20 to emulsify it in water.

I'm using it at 2ml per gallon at the start of flower, I'm only at day 11, but I'll probably raise the dosage later in flower.
