UV led strip (supplemental)

Hello everyone
I am wondering at what distance I should run my 2 6foot sections of UV LED light strips w/ sticky stuff on one side to attach to whatever surface. Also how much time should they be on during 12 & 12 for flower. ? Thanks for your time !!!

Well, UV doesn't penetrate or go far, so you'll want to get it close. How you do that is up to you. I would think since its on a flexible, adhesive reel, you might even benefit from just lining it around the perimeter in your tent just slightly above where your canopy stopped stretching and is staying stable.

About to start using this shortly- 390-400nm
Wondering if you've used something like this. Rapidled has shit descriptions, only says to use during last few weeks of flower. Never have used uva/b so ive got no clue. Not much online.thx

Found Migro vids on this. Looks like UV B not A is the trigger nm range. Guess I can paint some 70's posters or something with this uva

Uva will work aswell, uvb is hard to control and quite dangerous. There are ways to improve thc both thru uvr8 gene and other metabolic ways.

This place, iirc, is not giving a very good deal, nor price nor efficiency is great. But the format, on a roll, is quite nice. As far as i know you can use it all the way thru, some say best to start in veg already. Did you buy 390 or 360? 360 is an important inducer of transpiration.

390- I haven't even used it yet. Rapidled said they're new batch (what I got) is using new diodes from 3v/8w to 4v/12w but didn't know if the nm was still 390. Honestly I gave up on it. So im guessing mine is 390.

I was talking of OP and that wave something place. Rapid use decent gear, almost always afaik. I still think you would be better off driving your leds softer, both for performance and for your plants. Clasic uva burn is serrated edges of leaves tacoing, turning upwards.
