I used to work closely with our infection control department. Things like isolation rooms, ICU and operating rooms are either under negative or positive pressure depending if we are protecting the patient or the people from the patient. At times we have patients that need to be protected and the outside world protected from the patient. We use double doors with a vestibule to keep the air from just rushing into or out of a room. Only one door can be open at one time. We have a couple of floors for cancer patients who are undergoing chemotherapy where they have no immune response to ward off infections and we have to wear masks and gown up to get in the rooms. On the flip side we gown up and wear masks to protect ourselves from.
Influenza, SARS, MRSA, Tuberculosis, measles and chickenpox are airborne diseases to name a few. Yes I know a little about germ theory. I am wondering what it is you actually know.

To be fair, initially the COVID death numbers were skewed by labeling any death if a person who was positive, as a COVID death. If you had COVID and jumped off a cliff, it was labeled a COVID death, they really were & potentially still are doing this.

better, logical theory for disease, which can be observed everyday, everywhere . What is the name of it?
