Veg Light Cycle Question

So I have switch from 24/0 to 18/6 about 2 weeks ago. I have been lazy and allowing light to get in during the scheduled lights out time. I wasn't think it mattered much that they got extra light but now I am second guessing myself.

Any advice?
Does it matter during Veg?

if light is getting in during veg whats going to stop it when it hits flowering? If your " to lazy " to fix it now you will have bigger problems later on

I have another room for flower. I am only asking about veg. It's seem logical that more light in veg shouldn't be and issue. I just wonder if it might stress them a bit. Any opinion on stress?

hmmmm, I've never had this problem. I dont believe it could stress them too bad. I doubt it would make them hermi. But then again as I said I've never had this problem.

i run 24/0

Well you have some wiggle room ok? The amount of light energy absorbed during the light leak would have to be greater than the light energy absorbed during the course of a 12 hour night with a full moon as this would happen in nature right?
Idk makes sense to me

And if it was more? It's just vegging, Right? What could possibly happening outside of maybe a little stress? IDK.

that sounds plausible, so in other words, the plant would have to absorb as much light as a 12 hour dark period at night, in the 6 hours of off time he has. Which I doubt is happening. I think your good wind, you will know for sure here sooner or later.

Yeah bro I think if they're still in veg you will, not should, be ok. I only get frantic when they're in flowering mode, 12/12
