Until my last grow I had been growing in coco with liquid nutrients. Last time I went with an organic super soil grow, it went great except my girls didn’t put on the usual weight. I’m thinking because I was used to coco I was used to only worrying about top mass before flower forgetting about root mass, and while my roots where getting muted in coco, in soil they have to go find them. Anyway I don’t used to flip to 12/12 around 4 weeks, I’m at 6 weeks now, but I’m thinking another week or two before the switch. Any other ideas?

21+ ounces from a single 600 and two plants?
I got like 8 oz from 1 plant on a 315 cmh once with only a 5 week veg but that was in coco with liquid nutes, but I’ve heard of people pulling a full pound per plant so I thought it might be possible. Am I out of my mind?

Im using coco, I flipped at 5 weeks, your plants @ 6 weeks are are smaller, why did you switch medium?

Possible with a good strain, very long veg and in DWC.

Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed the speed, and customizable feeding of soil-less, but I’m attempting to get the same results with organic super soil, just with some extra time.
Yeah, I'm a soil grower too. She'll take as long as she takes. Some sativas grow pretty fast, even in organic soils. Just nothing like coco or hydro speeds.

I use the Roots organic premixed coco. Nothing special. It looks like a 50/50 mix of perlite and coco. With care you can reuse it over and over for as long as you like. Replenished with fresh mix.

I've tried every Hydro method beside ebb and flow. Super soil, other soils. For my personal style of growing. Where's its the least drama and the weight I want. I'm a coco grower.
