Waferboard + Light = Fire?

I've got some waferboard awfully close to one of my low wattage CFLs. About half an inch away. The waferboard feels real hot after being near the CFL.

Probably a stupid question, but is this a fire hazard?

Waferboard:

wood does not have a specific ignition temp, it depends on how it is heated. paper burns at 451 F (just like the book!) and you could probably wrap your clf in a peice of paper without it igniting... though i would NOT suggest that. so it's unlikely that your cfl is going to get hot enough to burn your particle board. hope that helps.
