Washington's New Laws

It should freak other states out. Specially this one. I feel bad for Washington state.

why is this in the CA section???

to show us what empty headed fools look like, and in the hopes that we dont end up that way...in other words its a good example of what not to do...
we should all get our 'brave hearts' on and demand our natural born rights to grow any plant for our own personal use, no permits, and no regs that dont also apply to a carrot grower etc...we owe such to those that come after us to reaffirm this most basic and fundamental inherent human right...imo lol...

ps...such can be done in every way, beginning with every time the topic of 'legalization' comes up, make it about human rights...put a human rights initiative on the state ballot...file suit in fed court for restoration and protection of your human rights...and on...change the framework of the issue so it concerns all people as it should...

im with u guys i voted against legalization last time and if its shady next time i will too. I have plenty of family in WA so i am aware of thr situation too.

I am from seattle and this shit sucks dam people should have not voted for this,YOU GUYS LOOK LIVE AND LEARN

bro i can only hope people here in cali head your warning...but at last cali is where some folks ran to the state to pass sb420 that threw a monkey wrench into the existing human rights legislation (215 cua) and sparked a wave of counties passing land use ordinances to negate the human rights afforded by 215...
now in lake county they (the 'pro' med can group) are talking about extinguishing(regulating) their own rights by 215 in effort to preempt the board of stupidvisors passing an even more restrictive measure lol...
all the madness stems from us all ignoring that we have natural born rights to grow and use plants, and until we make this about that we will forever be having this diversionary discussion about 'legalization' etc...
Humans are naturally endowed with the fundamental right to partner with the soil and posses the seeds of, and partner with, and grow the plants of this earth for their own uses as individuals in pursuit of life and in effort to live, and that such basic human rights exist and are held in perpetuity outside of the constitutional responsibility of government to protect an individuals right to engage in commerce.

I hope California wakes the fuk up. I would like to be employed with out having to be paranoid about a piss test or be criminally prosecuted for cultivation, I would like to see all the folks locked up on bum raps for MJ be released. I would like to have the right to bear arms legally as a MJ user and to protect my family. But at the cost of not being able to grow ?

Yeah, it's a little ridiculous. Legalization doesn't work unless you make it financially viable to run a legal business.

IMO 12% is about as much as you can tax it without people trying to find a way around the taxes. Businesses will accept a tax as long as it's not a suffocating tax making it impossible to stay in business while complying with the law.

Colorado's going to have big problems eventually too.

I've got to say, I like CCHI2014 more and more every day.
