watering seedlings

so i just finished germinating my seeds and am putting them into the small rockwool cubes, i have a drip ssytem set up just wondering if anyone had any recommendations on how many times a day i should set it up to water?

no, everybody would require a little different setting due to RH and temperature

i would recommend not using the dripper until you have roots out the bottom and are ready to transplant the rockwool. Use a spray bottle to water the rockwool as it is very easy to water log them. Couple squirts maybe twice a day, just so they don't dry out. I think the dripper would be an easy way to drown your seeds.
