Are two 23w CFL's good enough for seedlings ? Just for a few weeks before I plant them outside?

As long as they're grouped tightly. You want them to be within a couple inches of the light. Depending where your at you might just be able to start them in the window by now or a combo of both.

It all depends on how long you want to grow them inside. If you are doing an outdoor grow, especially guerilla style, the longer inside the better. I'd say longer than 2 weeks, you're going to want to give each of them their own bulb. I personally prefer flouros for starting seedlings.

Throw them under 3 1000watters and flower them bitch's.
I swear their ready to bud up. So ready the stalk already has plans on shedding enough skin to roll itself in.

Shit, lets just smoke them now, throw em in the bong already.

Seriously though, I run an old shop light for my seedlings and clones.
Right now we want them to be rooting, not growing.
The same light is now over our ez cloner and cups.

It's a weed, so it'll find away to grow..

Lol, so if I just set them near the window that should be enough?
even if you were in an area where putting them in plain sight wouldn't be a problem, that won't be enough light. They will end up growing tall and leggy. You can purchase the equipment to veg them inside for a few weeks for under $20.

I vegged 4 of mine under one full spectrum 60w or maybe even lower cfl (almost touching plants and in small box) and they did great. But more never hurts..
