I have used molasses, sweet, sweet leaf, and sugar daddy along with humboldt counties gravity. All work great follow dosages and reccomend time for application. The molasses I use 2 tbls per gallon just dont use it in aeroponics as its death. These all improve yield..Almost all can be used through out the entire cycle as they have carb and the plant uses these to produce resin. You can also add carbo load to help swell the resin glands.

I can't remember but i swear I heard something about brown sugar being used...Sounds like it would attract bugs though!!!! So I am not sure why I mention it???? Could be a bad idea though.... Maybe I mentioned it so if someone suggests it your more skeptical.
Plants like carbs, maybe some ground up pasta' (LOL)

Flush the last week, 2 weeks is a little too much. I say this because I was flushing for the last 2 weeks and then the plant decided it wasnt done yet so I had to give one more round of nutes.

I wouldn't even worry about the molasses; I am sure it has some benefits but it has more hype about it. Ive done the molasses thing, didn't see a bit of difference. If you keep giving your plants the nutrition they are requiring at the time they are going to put on some serious weight in a couple more weeks. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Last thing you want to do is mix up a potion that your plants are not use to and then give them nutrient lock out at this stage of the game. Oh and did I mention NICE F'N PLANTS!!!! Enjoy that ganja!!

THANKS MAN!
YEAH I FEEL THE SAME WAY ABOUT THE MOLASSES THING! I'VE TRIED IT BEFORE BUT WASNT IMPRESSED WITH IT AT ALL. IT JUST MADE MY WATER HELLA FUNKY AND NASTY!
ANY THOUGHTS ABOUT CUTTING THE TOP NUGS FIRST AND KEEPING THE LOWER ONES ON TO LET THEM GET MORE LIGHT AND FATTEN UP?
AND HOW WOULD I FLUSH THEM IF I WAS PLANNING ON KEEPING THE BOTTOM ONES ON? I WOULDNT WANT TO CUT THE TOP ONES WITHOUT FLUSHING THEM FIRST. AND IF I FLUSH THEM THEN THE LOWER ONES WONT BE GETTING ANY NUTES TO KEEP GROWING YA KNOW?
ANY IDEAS?

What I did with mine was this. Some plants mature quicker top down, some bottom up; my last was bottom up. I flushed real good for a couple days then I cut the bottom nugs and then gave one more 1/2 strength dose to the cola for an extra week and then gave the cola a good flush for a couple days. I dont taste chemical at all, nice fluffy sativa buds, and i get wicked stoned.

I 2 stage harvest my gardens.I take the complete done large top colasa and the finished looking nuggs then I cut away some of the veg that has no buds to open up light for the lower small popcorn buds and give them 3 more weeks.I usually gain an extra 6-12 dry ozes from the second harvest

That is a good idea I didn't think of doing that with the little popcorn buds; I will try it this time around for sure.

ive used dutch master for a long time with good results. but on my last grow i tried the dutch master liquid light and penetrator foliar spray. first five weeks of flower they exploded not rock hard but massive buds they claim it enables the plant to absorb and process 60 percent more light. i dont know how it works but all i know is it increased my yield by about 40 percent and gave me massive forearm sized colas. expensive shit but worked for me ill be using it again this grow
My hydro store gave me a bottle of liquid light and a bottle of penetrator....I asked people at RIU if they had any experience with this product and the one reply I got was it was garbage.....But you say otherwize.....I think Ill use it and see!!!!

Unsulphered Organic Molasses <- just buy that, you can use 1tbs/gal or 2tbs/gal (some ppl use more, some less). it doesnt have to be organic, im just an organic fiend. molasses *can* be used all throughout flowering (and veg!), ive done it before and the results were outstanding. or, you can wait til the last 2-3 weeks and use it to simply plump up the buds.

the main reason why ppl dont use it until the last 2 weeks is because typically ppl stop feeding the plant nitrogen a few weeks into flowering (or halfway thru, etc... everyones setup is different). hence why the leaves yellow up so much, but this time i supplemented my plants with 1tbs/gal of molasses just for fun - i dont see how it would hurt it, but if anyone has any confirmed info on why that would be a bad idea then please share!
such as this?

I started molasses at flowering after doing a lot of research that suggested it was good... I mix 5 table spoons for 2 gallons- i boil it down tho so it isnt all thick and nasty- then use it for every watering- so far its working great! I use it in conjunction with a half dose of nutes- since i am only 1 week into use.. but next week i will double the nutes and add another teaspoon of molasses.
