I 100% agree with JOndaman,

I'll add, it looks like you've been removing leaves which I would also stop. It can definitely stress plants out and slow growth down. You've got tons of light hitting your grow medium instead of hitting leaves to help your plant grow.

Can you plz explain? Cuz I felt my buds were too small for 4 weeks of 12/12
4 weeks of 12/12

explanation.

when you switch to 12/12 your plants DO NOT instantly switch to flowering. There is a transition phase called “the stretch”.

the “stretch” is still considered vegetative growth as it’s the plants response to the 12/12 switch.

the “stretch” can last 7-21 days depending on age of plant etc.

so your 4 weeks of 12/12 is more like 7-14 days of ACTUAL flowering.

So when it says a strain takes 8 weeks to flower does that mean 8 weeks of 12/12 or 21 days of stretch then 8 weeks of flower for 11 weeks of 12/12? Cuz my blue dream and white widow seem a bit small bud wise for being on day 32 of 12/12 if they only have another 23 to go. But if they have another 40 days to go then I feel they are fine. Plus I know the blue dream gonna take long so that’ll give it time.

Learn to look for a ripe plants.

Plants do not grow by a schedule of days.

many factors can slow this schedule or speed it up such as lighting, temps, RH, Feeding strength, growing style, grower experience etc etc.

Look over some “are my plants ready” posts on RIU many people post plants that are NOT ready because the breeders pack said 8 weeks.

I have not found a single strain that Is ready after 8 weeks of 12/12. Ever!

It’s possible either your light is insufficient to grow bigger buds, maybe they are underfed, thus under performing. What kind of equipment are you working with, and how’s the grow environment?
