Weird bud formation

As title says I have some weird bud formation going on. It is only on top of plant and only affects 3 buds. I thought it might be reveg but I have checked for light leaks and have none. Anyone seen this before. Thanks in advance for any insight. Happy growing.20220413_124807.jpg20220413_124826.jpg20220413_124839.jpg

What are we looking at?

Do you mean the small leaves coming out of the buds? The buds themselves?

I don’t see an awful lot wrong tbh.

Are you speaking about them not growing uniformly, and having individual "knots" pushing out? If so mine does the same from time to time. Growth spurts, lol. It'll fill in.

I was referring to the leaves coming out of the top of the buds and the little knots. I have never seen anything like it. Was just wondering what the consensus was. Thanks for the replies.

Weird things happen. I ALWAYS double check to see if lights go out at midnight. A couple a nights ago, 12:00 had passed on the digital timer, but no lights out. ... and this is a pretty nice timer system. Turns out, a ground wire in the mechanical latch box to the timer had come loose. The main switch was useless to turn the lights out. I had to flip the breakers to kill the lights, and then get up at 6 am to flip them back on. My electrician got out there the next day and made sure everything was tight. I suppose the harmonic frequency of the wall fans vibrated it loose over a 3 1/2 year period.
PS: I don't like getting up at 6 am.

I always check and make sure lights are off and on at appointed times it I never check and make sure lights stay off after they go out. I use an electrical timer and have never had any issues. But I will be staying up tonight just to make sure. Just a note there is 3 other plants in this room and none of them are doing this.

I think you just have a mutated pheno there, but it should finish fine. May not make the biggest buds, but you never know till you finish her. May turn out to be a keeper... maybe not. Keep us posted on this.

Sorry, didn't know there was other plants not having the same issues. If that's the case it's most likely a pheno issue with that plant.

Probably no need to stay up in the middle of the night for nothing. Issues with electrical timers usually happen at lights on/off. GL
