Weird marks on leaves

Indoor, outdoor?
I am not an authority on bugs, I grow outdoors and don't often have issues, so someone else could probably be much more helpful.
However, bugs usually hang out on the underside of the leaves, a careful inspection underneath the leaves, possibly with a scope or magnifying glass, could be useful.

Thrips are small and very quick.

They leave silvery scratches on your leaves.

Little black dots are usually poo.

Adults can be brown, black or tan in colour.

Juveniles are usually off white in colour and look like little grains of rice.

Anything with spinosad as the ingredient will eradicate them.

Do you think this will work without being harmful to the plants? The main ingredient is spinosad

I’m waiting on it to come in the mail now. My dad says he has permethrin. Do you think that’s an okay solution for now or should I wait?

Ok I used an application of permethrin last night. I will repeat the process in a few days. Still ordered spinosad for future pest problems. Thanks bro! I’ll post pics after a few days hopefully these marks will fade
