For being a month old..... you should seriously think about doing some research and invest in some basic necessities like pots, soil and lighting.

ph from 6.5 - 6.8
as for lighting i have a digital light meter and a 400w hps and a 400w MV and a 65w CLF, ive tryed them all and same resoultes one at a time.
I have a medium size fan ruining going side to side on low speed.
soil is very good darning but has no nutritional value. its sunshine mix #4 and perlite. sunshine mix #4 is for hydroponics

All I can guess is the water.

If the soil has no nutes in it I would say that your plant is starving, try giving it some nutes abt 200 to 300 ppm's, or 1/4 strenth solution if you don't have a tds meter. your lights should be fine, any one of them.

IMO looking at these pictures, i would say your well over watering those plants, I usually let me soil turn from the dark brown wet colour to a more light brown dry before i give my girls a drink. How often are you feeding them nutes? and what nutes are you feeding them? what brand and are they chemical or organic?? GW

Sorry just miss read your posts and you have said what nutes you use, i have never heard of it, so is it chemical or organic? and you say you water them every 24hours plus. i will not water my plants for maybe 2-3 days depending on how wet the soil is. GW

I found that once a seed has popped and you place it in a grow medium, the nutes really need to be left alone untill at least 3-4 nodes so it has something to utilize the nutes. A seedling really is not equiped to "eat" much if any nutes till that point. I gave mine nothing but distilled after for 2+ weeks and here is a pic ( soiless ) at just barely over 2 weeks from seed cracking. 0 nutes as of this pic.

Let the seedlings get a good foothold in the medium and just a wee bit of water ever few days, and in 2-3 weeks, it will be ready to "eat" some nutes.

Hope this helps

before the max i was watering the plant was every other day (I gave water when top soil was dry and the bottom was slitly humid.

This week I only water on monday night and then on Thursday. I am waiting until soil is almost completely dry, to water again.

This grow I did not use any nutrion at all, just water.
Last grow I followed advancenutition guide for seedlings doing 1 time water then 1 time nuts

asmallvoice what kind of medium are you using?
I use a soiless mix of peat moss, vermiculite and perlite. I use a 1 to 1 mixture.

I started them in the jiffy starter discs and right after they sprouted, I then put them into 1 gallon plasti-bags.

I started nutes after the plants had started thier 4th node developement, and then it was only 1/4 strength for the first 2 feedings ( every 6 days with a plain distilled watering in between ) then I went to half for 1 feeding and now use 3/4 on my mothers till I get my cloning done then ween'em back to 1/2 under the flos. Using AN ph perfect micro-grow-bloom and distilled water.

Here is the same plant ( center ) and others at close to 4 weeks from germination and after 3 clones were cut from her as well.
