Alrighty...So I'm getting ready to get agrowin' and I just have this feeling I'm forgetting something.

So far I have my light-400w cool tube
My grow tent-4x4x6
Inline fan for ventilation-6"
Technaflora "Recipe for success kit"
Ph up/down+PH Meter
Media/Perlite
Oscillating fan....

Now what am I forgetting...maybe I'm just being paranoid...I just don't wanna start and find out I'm missing something.

I have everything but the duct and the clamps I think...oh and the carbon filter...that'll be a must. Thanks J! I knew I was forgetting some shit.

Something else to consider is that if you need to adjust your pH up, get yourself some Silica additive.

Potassium Silicat.

I use that as up instead of hydro up.

Its great. Helps against drought resistance, heat tolerance, pest resistance, cell walls are strengthened and it also increases pH.

just being smart ass, but I don't see seeds on that list. on a serious note, a timer for lights and stuff, and I won't grow myself without a 2kg flame defender,,, although i'm just setting up my first grow.

Yep, as of now I have a couple Red Diesel seeds...not sure of the breeder. And yeah, my light came with a timer, pulley's and both bulbs. :D
What's a 2kg flame defender?

flame defender is an automatic ABC fire extinguisher that goes off when the temp reaches 155 degrees Fahrenheit, 2kg is just the size that I want, there are 2 more sizes available. The 2kg sized one is only 45 dollars, IMO well worth it. A one time cost to save the building in case of accident and me not being there. And avoids "others" from coming and having to put that fire out. http://www.sunlightsupply.com/p-13133-2-kg-flame-defender.aspx
