what are good nutrients/fertilizers?

When I used Jacks I did like they recommended, 1/4 tsp per gallon every watering thru whole grow start to finish, and I had great results. Of course I didn't give to seedlings right away. Also I used Jacks Bloom Booster thru whole grow veg and flower.

Fox Farm - One thing I remembered about Fox Farm nutes, on the bottle of Grow Big it says 1 teaspoon per gallon every watering, but then you download their feeding schedule chart they say a few times to drive home "Feed Every Other Watering". Maybe this is why I had burning problems when I started out with Fox Farm. Why does the bottle say one thing and their feeding chart say another? I see alot of peaple on here saying FF is great, was wondering if anyone has any comments about FF, and how they feed with it, and the results. Every other Time? Half Strength? etc.

i use all fox farms products and they work great the way i use em. i never use what the bottle says, and if so, i use only a 1/4 to 1/2 of what they say, which is basically what the actual chart says as far as the numbers. i have used it with no burn and no stresses. i also use the FFOF soil and it works great

You don't have a clue about fertilizer knowledge.

Blue Mountain Organics. Great stuff and cheap compared to the other stuff out there. They sell it on eBay. I use it and love it. Plus it's all organic.

the guy im learning from uses so many diff kinds that it confuses me and hard to remember..

stuff like voodoo juice, earth grow juice, prop o gator and stuff like that..

is there something thats simple like 1 bottle i use that has all the nutrients for the grow and another for the flowering stage?

or is using all those diff ones better?
Look into Humboldt Nutrients They have a 1 part fertilizer. Though It may be intended to preform with a few additives to adjust its composition for differnt stages of growth.

Oneness 1-part base nutrient
NPK: 5-9-4
Humboldt Nutrients has created the first naturally chelated one-part formula base nutrient on the market. And Oneness is 100% bio-degradable!
Oneness is a unique blend of plant-based amino and organic acid chelates, concentrated in a solution with complex carbohydrates, macro and micro-nutrients, metals and trace elements which are naturally found in healthy soil and vegetation.
Formulated with over 30 proprietary natural chelates, Oneness insures your fruits, vegetables, and herbs will receive adequate nutrition during both the vegetative and flowering stages!
Oneness works great in re-circulating hydroponics systems, aeroponics, fogponics, deep water culture and soil based gardens. Also works well as a foliar spray!
Derived from Ammonium nitrate, Ammonium phosphate, Potassium phosphate, Ferrous sulfate (iron), Potassium nitrate, Magnesium sulfate, Boric Acid, Copper sulfate, Ferrous sulfate, Manganese sulfate and Zinc sulfate.

Its obviously not organic and the NPK looks like it would work ok. But its just a base and would require adjusting the NPK for flowering. Not promoting it, I only use organics. Most really experienced growers dont strictly use one line. I love roots organics and soil. If I were to utilize hydro or aero I would most likely use Botonicares PBP line

Hi people , im interesting in peters products. I live in Argentina and recently i bought one with composition 4-25-35 , for plants in flower period outdoor.

For next time , which products of peters do you recommend ? For veg. period i want to try jacks classic crystal green ( 9-13-22 ) but here in Argentina i don´t know if some local import it.

And for flower period this i bought recently i don´t know if is exactly the best.

I really appreciated your comments!

Bye

I don't really like BMO. As the name implies I grow in aeroponics and that stuff will clog the nozzles faster than anything. The only organic I trust in hydroponics at all is AN's line.

A lot of it is BS.

The best fertilizer is YOU being there to take care of the plant. however as we all know this isn't always possible esp. guerrilla growing. so nutes like AN and all this crazy voodoo juice crap are actually really good for plants, and they help make up for the shortfall of you being an inexperienced gardner (or given shortfalls such as in guerilla growing)

thats why u see all these guys doing successful grows, cus they use ez and expensive nutes.
if your a good cultivator then you can just use cheapo chem ferts and still get beautiful full lush plants. its all about your skill as a cultivator.

I use a lot of products by General Organics and they have been working great for me.
That's surprising. I tried them when they first came out and I had to tear down, clean, and rebuild my entire system every res change. I actually changed back to AN after the 5th week and gave the nutes to a buddy who grows in soil. He doesn't have to fight dirty nutes clogging his equipment so he was fine.

Well, here's my two cents, since everyone and their mother has jumped on this thread... Miracle Grow 20-20-20 for veg and Miracle Grow Blossom Booster work fine for cannabis soil propogation... We go something like half strength for two feeding cycles then full strength for two, then half for two again on the blossom side, then finish with one full, last cycle is flush time. :-) Jack's Classic Bloom works well all the way through, as in my first ever grow this is what I used. I can't compare to anything else as soil is all I do and haven't dared to switch ferts without getting a good idea as to what would be MORE beneficial, from what I can tell here - you guys aren't sure either, lol... Anyway, MG works, and we grow some dank shit.

but how good would it have been if u had used something better than MG?

u said u havent used anything else so u cant compare to something grown on quality nutes
