I figured out I have a collapsed lifter in my Denali……so that sucks. Gotta pull the engine and get the the heart of the issue, also have a little rear main seal leak or I would fix it with it still installed. Going to do the afm delete and freshen up everything except the rotating assembly ( I hope) but if I have to I’ll do that too. It’s at least a couple of g’s in parts alone .
Hope the hammering didn't flatten a cam lobe.

Me too. But the cam has to be changed anyway for the delete. It’s buying a programmer that’s breaking my heart 600$ for a one time usage. At least the one I’m looking at online is that much it’s a Diablo and you know they charge extra if sounds evil lol.
To be honest I’ve never done an LS motor before much less an afm delete on one but I’ve built lots of sbc motors so I figure I’ll get some good advice and go from there.

Ps: if y’all have good advice I’m listening, I know there’s some good mechanics in the house.

I bought my husband and Ego blower. He was very skeptical about blowers at all. So after his Christmas pressure washer he's found that he can wash and dry the car in moments, almost without touching it! LOL he loves the new blower but it's definitely not a toy.
I use my ego to dry my car every time I wash it. You need to buy him the stubby now too

I've got one of those too, plus hedge trimmer & string trimmer. I love those things cause I hate trailing a extension cord that is never quite long enough to finish the job & the power is amazing!

That’s narrow. Did that dude taking the pictures pull you through there with a rope?
I thought about one of those mowers for edging/etc but decided on a 54" Zero turn Cub Cadet.

It's a beast (24 h/p), turns on a dime ~ + give you 9 cents change~ and can haul azzzzzz.
It really narrow/deep in some areas..........we have so many little cuts in the hills above that lead to the lake that they are not navigable....... there has been so much snow/ice run off and rain , thought I try a rare ride.those stubs from my chainsaw kiss were a helper.
