Hi

Dont bite me :-) new grower here.

Been browsing a few seed banks checking out some seeds, but I dont understand what this means and find it too vague.

What does yields 650grms per sq metre means, i know its 650 grms per sq metre but how many plants do you grow to attempt that figure?

Im a 3 week old grower, plants looking well 12-13 inches high..12-15 inches wide

under perfect conditions (every ounce of light they need, doped up on steroids and never going thirsty) a space 3.28084 feet by 3.28084 with your plants in there with a millimeter of space between each plant will give you 650 grams of el marijuana o

Hi

thanks for replying, what i dont understand is how many plants in that sq meter, lets say a plant grows to max 90cm, how many plants is needed under good conditions, is it 5,6, 9?

The key phrasing he used is "under perfect conditions." You shouldn't use that number to predict a yield as every grow will be differently suboptimal. Instead, use it as an idea of how it will yield compared to other strains.

yae its under optimal conditions, like with a commercial set up not a personal grow unless your personal space is running a thousand watts or more with perfect environmentals.

it depends how long you veg them and how big you let them get, let them grow for a long time (months and months) under a 1000w hps and 1 plant will take up a 3x3 space and then you HAVE THE CHANCE at getting 650g/ square metre but that's a super long shot sales gimmick, that would be 1.5 pounds, you'd be lucky to get 1.5 ounces out of each plant on a short/good indoor grow

i'm just rambling on nonsense, haha, best thing to do is google your strain and the growing conditions you plan on using in grow journals or whatever and find someones that's similar to yours and go off of that

It means...

We are trying to sale you a strain and in order to do so we have to put up some kind of numbers to make you think this is the greatest plant ever grown. So by saying you can get 650 grams off one plant in a 3x3 set up, makes you think that it is the greatest plant ever grown.

In reality you will end up getting about 80 grams or so off that one plant.
