u will lack proper spectrum intensity- decreasing yeild possibly not enough to grow properly

i have s sunmaster super hps deluxe and i got it from a friend so who knows how long it has been buring for

best to just get a new one as soon as possible if your worried. ask him how long he used it. It will still flower fine though, just lacking full spectrum like stated before....

ask him how many grow he has on it, how is the startup of the bulb? take a while to heat up properly?

ive been told change them once a year, just changed a 250 after only 9 months, they arent expensive so why take a chance

it turns on like a regular light bulb and then turns the the yellowish look after about 5 to 10 seconds
