What has been some of your most BS mishaps growing this flower?

Using a sprayer that likely last had Herbicide in it to spray BT for Caterpillars. 15 plants that looks like I had hit them with a flame thrower. I did get part of a harvest but once i figured out what had happened I went out and bought 4 new sprayers. One each for every item sprayed and clearly marked so that screw up can never happen again.

Talk about heartbroken.

I didn't defoliate cause I was very busy and didn't take much time for my ladies.
Karma blessed me with a mildew infection in return.
Had to cut down 29 of 34 plants after 6.5 weeks of flower.
