What is going on here

I woke up this morning and all my plants were droopy like this..can anybody tell me what is goin on??..also today is my watering day

There's never a set schedule to water. To many variables as they grow, environmental factors come into play too. You have to figure out when they need it, some pic up their pots and judge by weight, some sick their finger into the media to see how far down it's dry. Some can tell just by looking, you'll figure out your own way as you go.

Uh yeah, water those gnarly looking things....... Learn how to read the plants and they will tell you when they need water, hell just picking up the pots will tell you before they droop like that

I did put a bigger fan in my tent the day before yesterday the last time I watered...I guess it only make sense I have to water more often ‍♂♂

Yeah, don't go by "watering day" schedules. Check every single day. Those look like three gal pots, possibly with peat-based medium. If that's the case, plants that large in my tents in the same scenario require water every two days, if not sooner sometimes.

You've got the overall good health of the plant on your side, and the fact that it didn't get too bad. They'll bounce back quickly. Always water until slight runoff, then wait for the pot to dry out, and water again.
