doing my first grow at moment but next time im going to top her and lst her . but what exactly is LST ?

Its called low stress training.

LST is good mate ,I have only just started doing it ,and it does make a difference

tying strings to the branches and spreading them out a bit so you get light penetration to the middle stuff more, kinda painstaking learning to tie slipknots poking holes in pots stringing them up etc but def. increases yield I just do it with stakes not string anymore
