What size dehumidifier??? +Rep for help

I'm currently building my grow area and am getting all my bases covered before I fire her up and I'm trying to figure out what size dehumidifier I'll need.

Medical Grow Room info:
8'x10'x9'
Sealed Room
Co2 Enrichment
4-600 watt hps bulbs hung vertically, no reflectors
1-1k watt hps bulb hung vertically, no reflector
CAP 12 pot Ebb and Flow system
14k btu dual hose portable AC
Also, Lucas Formula for nutes

Growing sativa pheno of AK47 to 24" before flowering (flower time of 63 days)

Given that info, anyone know approximately what size DH I'll need. I don't want to pay more than necessary but I also don't want to lose a crop to bud mold.

Also, get a small table for the dehumdifier. Place the unit over the top of your CAP 12 controller so that the dehumidifier can drain into it. The water coming off of the dehumidifier is perfectly pure and will reduce the amount you have to top off the reservior with. This is a good dehumidifier because it has auto-restart and green lights on the control panel. Pleanty of dehumid power.

Thanks for the info on the DH and placement and such. Actually had already thought of the DH drainage to a separate rez as it's pure water and I'm actually building some shelving to hold my AC and DH on.

Anything that recieves any electricity is going to be mounted. I'm really looking forward to firing this up and would love to do a journal I just need to start using a proxy first.
