looks lieka small drip line setup. it almost looks like landscapers hose but same idea

It's a rainbird octa something or other. I have several of them. They are awsome. eight hoses off of one 1/2 in. outlet. Each one is independeantly adjustable. more than a drip it really is adjustable from a drip to quite a good stream. Highly recomend them

you can get the splitter at home depot in the irrigation area. they work well.
