On a more serious note Two 120x60x180 tents running Purple Urkle, blackberry gum, fat monkey and AK420 autoflowers (2 plants per tent), 12oz from one tent, 11 from the other. 240w quantum board in one, 3x120w quantum boards In the other.

Youl start off not hitting high numbers and with time improve without even realising how your doing so much better than you used to.

Give you a few examples though.
16 plants in 4x4 under 600 hps. 16-20oz

4 plants in 4x4 with bit less than 600w LED (top end) 6-7week veg from clone, 24-37oz

1 plant in 1.5x2ft scrog net 9.5oz at a guess 100w and no idea on veg time. That's my PB on gram per square foot and never been replicated.

3x3 ft under 315cmh 4 plants , 4 week veg from clone 12-16oz

2x4 and two plants under 240w led 12-16oz , 12 been most common.

So many influencing factors, strain, lighting, climate, training, pot size , medium.. the list goes on.

Ability and patience will serve you better than rushing to hit high yields.
You will settle into a routine and that seems to be when you get your best results.

400w HPS was yielding between 350g-450g from 3x3 footprint.

Just switched to LED from HPS so can’t comment on yield yet.

plenty of threads searchable on my profile of past grows etc.

Currently
Single plant scrog in coco (2gallon pot) 5x daily feeds (every 4hours during lights on) under a @MarsHydrofactory FCE-3000

Yeah Luke, that was my best yield when Quantum boards first came out. I'm keen on drying and not including larf.
The tent was 8x4 staggered growing and that crop was one half of that tent. Managed 5 consecutive grows thereafter of 32oz+ before I had to move.
Coco, 5gal pots, topped, supercropped for a flat canopy and trimmed below.
You probably saw it when I posted it , but I'm going back a good few years.
