Hi everyone,

Winter finally set in here at the trailergrove and so did hunger. Decided to make some chili to get that "trapped in a cabin all winter" mood going. What do you guys put in your chili?

Mine is meat beans onions and tomatoes. Along with chili powder of course. I like to keep it simple.

My life long girlfriend whos trapped here with me makes the nastiest chili know to man. Love her to death, shes a geat woman with an ass that does not quit, but raccoons won't even steal this shit. Theres even corn and tomato juice in it. Apparently its a family recipe, just one among many bland repulsive family recipes.

So whats in your chili? You like it so spicy you need a fire extinguisher next to the toilet? When I can stand it I throw in some crushed red pepper but thats as hot as I go.

I love spicy white chicken chili.

My grandad killed a big doe this weekend and I'll be getting deer tenderloin and ground venison to make chili with. Anybody ever had deer chili?

Oh yeah Venison is amazing. I have to cook it though. I have a paranoia about other people cooking it wrong and biting into raw meat. Its a paranoia developed by experiences lol.

I only eat it rarely though, these days I find it hard to dedicate the time to hunt. My favorite is venison steak and eggs. It makes a good meat loaf also.

White chili is amazing also, had it for the first time when visiting my sister on the holidays. Not sure the exaxt recipe but it was chicken and white beans.

Altitude organic medicine is in my top 3 here in the springs..follow by the hemp center.....well that make 2....those are the only 2 worth my money

I love me some venison chili but save those tenderloins for the grill. Chili is rump cut territory, maybe backstraps if you're feeling crazy. Also make it Texas style, just cubed meat and sauce. Fucking amazing.
