Don't know the lineage and it may have been flow (not flo), but during that time with a whole lot of really good exotic strains going around, the high stood out. Super good vibes with laughter and euphoria. Haven't seen or heard of it since, so it was probably some local concoction.

I think it might have been Skunk #1 from back in the day. Just know that was the most popular strain in WA when I grew up and it was always sticky skunky shit. And the first time I grew the real Green Crack it smelled super close. The smell was sticking to everyone and their clothes. My wife works at a hospital and people kept smelling weed. We figured out the smell soaked into her leather purse,
That's a Skunk #1 cross from back then. It's probably my favorite strain I've ever grown. Ran it for over 3 years and got lazy with cloning it. I still regret not keeping it around.
I kinda have a feeling the GC was Skunk #1 x Northern Lights. All you find looking it up is Skunk #1 x Unknown Indica. That Unknown Indica might be Northern Lights or a cross of it. Just a feeling I have.

All I can say is the shit we used to get near Xmas. Same bud every year up until about 99'.
Blueish-purple and red hairs with the meat of the bud essentially a cream-white color. Best damn shit ever.
Had some seeds but the crop was lost due to weather and never saw the stuff anywhere again.

My buddy's kids went to school smelling like skunk and their teacher called home assuming kids got into dads stash. He chopped all his skunk plants down and was super paranoid about possible teacher narcing.
Fun times when the risk of prison time is there. Oh the good old days.

I'm old and my memory is shot, but seven or eight years ago I grew a strain called White Urkle (same breeder that started skywalker?)
It was so unique and simply beautiful. People around here still bring it up as the best shit they ever had.
It grew solid golf ball size nugs, and once cured was almost black and covered in trichomes. Would do anything to get that strain again.

Granola Funk by Bodhi. It was just perfect every way you slice it. The pheno I had anyways. Gas diesel cookie taste and nose. Slight coffee too.. So greasy. Easy to grow can take a beating.. Chubby buds when grown properly , trained right it grows very fat buds. Great looking all purple/lavender/black buds with lime green parts.
If it's someone is doing outdoor- bodhis Blueberry Hashplant is what I'd say. Massive buds resistant af to molds n bugs. One pheno I found was great ,Blueberry candy hash taste n smell n stupidly easy to grow.
This is a hard question tho cuz my answer would alter depending on the person n what they're growing for etc
I enjoyed CafeWonder highly vigorous growth, strong oldschool effect with a smell of old man cologne the cheap Aspen brand.
