that's any big city though ....;s, not just philly.. look at la for ex., even though you've got down town beverely hills, you've also got places like south central to counteract that..
nyc, you have the village... than parts of say harlem or brooklynn are the other side of things..
now, you take some other cities like idk, camden, where you have north camden, then, oh yah, east camden, shit, forget that one, camden is a shit hole through and through..

yeah but they have work up there. we live below the poverty line here might as well live where we can work
