HiLast time I looked that thread had over a million views. Original thread was parsed regarding important photos. That 4 cola plant shown above was taken outdoors and one of the first ones I did my technique on. It was a Brothers Grimm Indoor/Outdoor mix I got from Ron, owner of Heaven's Stairway seedbank in Canada. Some of those seeds I still have, talking like 25 or 30 years ago. The photo was taken with a Polaroid and scanned later. Am dating myself but that's how we did things back in the day.
Decades ago when things were really tight, all over the world including the UK, we growers communicated over the (crude and undeveloped) internet using chained servers, where one would delete the IP addys of the others so no trace could be made. Email was done using PGP.
Another polaroid of a fave, 3 days after topping. New output is already pushing.

I'm wondering if my thoughts on early veg in soil are on the right track or not.
I think that in a good fertile soil with a good PH and a grow that is dialed in, the only deficiency that might show up in the 1st couple of weeks is a Mg deficiency.
Chlorosis between the veins of the leaves is not often the 1st sign IMO. The 1st sign is often a dull leaf color. Another sign that may show are purple stems. Chatting with another member I suggested the reason for the Mg deficiency in early veg is not because there is a lack of Mg in the soil but that in early veg the root system has not developed a large enough root system yet to keep up with the demand for Mg.
Don't want to take much of your time, just wondering if I'm seeing it properly or not.
